1. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Products & Pricing All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them accurately. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
3. Brand Disclaimer Some of our fragrances are described as "inspired by" well-known perfumes. YNA Parfums is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands or fragrance houses referenced. All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
4. Payments We accept major credit cards, digital wallets and select cryptocurrencies. For cryptocurrency payments: - The price in cryptocurrency is calculated and locked at the time of checkout. - Payments are considered final once confirmed on the blockchain. - Any network or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer. - Approved refunds on cryptocurrency orders are issued as a YNA Parfums gift card in CAD, not in cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed with incorrect pricing.
Cryptocurrency Payments Orders paid with cryptocurrency (such as BTC, ETH or USDC) are processed through our payment partner, NOWPayments. After placing your order, you will receive a secure payment link. Orders not paid within 24 hours are automatically cancelled. Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). The crypto amount is calculated at the time of payment and locked for a limited time. Network fees charged by your wallet or the blockchain are your responsibility. If you send less than the amount due, your order will not ship until the balance is paid or the order is cancelled. Payments sent with the wrong coin or network may not be recoverable.
Refunds on Cryptocurrency Orders Orders paid with cryptocurrency are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the same conditions as all other orders. Because crypto payments cannot be reversed to the original wallet, approved refunds are issued as a YNA Parfums gift card for the full order value in CAD. Gift cards can be used on any future purchase and do not expire.
5. Try Before You Commit & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We formulate and compound high-concentration fine fragrances. Your order includes a free 2 mL trial vial of your fragrance so you can test it before opening your full-size bottle. Please use the trial vial first and keep your full-size bottle sealed until you are sure you love the scent. If you are not satisfied, you may return your full-size bottle within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or used full-size bottles are not eligible, except as described in Section 6. The trial vial does not need to be returned. Orders paid with cryptocurrency are refunded as a YNA Parfums gift card. To start a return, email info@ynaparfums.com with your order number. Full conditions are outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method (or as a YNA Parfums gift card for cryptocurrency payments). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Fragrance Safety Our products are for external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Our products are flammable; keep away from heat and open flame. A full ingredient list is available upon request. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to any ingredient.
8. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed and shipped from Canada. Due to alcohol content, fine fragrances are classified and shipped in compliance with applicable dangerous goods and ground transport regulations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. United States orders: import duties are calculated and paid at checkout, and your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no extra charges on delivery. Canadian orders ship within Canada, so no import duties apply.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, YNA Parfums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
