If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your full-size bottle within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return label, once we receive and inspect your return. - Orders paid with cryptocurrency are refunded as a YNA Parfums gift card for the original order value in CAD. Crypto payments cannot be reversed to the original wallet. Gift cards can be used on any future purchase and do not expire. - If you prefer, you may choose store credit instead of a refund. - Opened or used full-size bottles are not eligible for a refund, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items as described below. - The 2 mL trial vial does not need to be returned and is yours to keep. - Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid ground return label and packing instructions. 3. Drop off your package at the carrier shown on the label within 14 days of approval. 4. Please do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Because fine fragrances contain alcohol, they can only travel by ground service, and our label is set up for this. Please use only the label we provide. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ynaparfums.com with your order number and photos of the items. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Please note: we are unable to send refunds back to a crypto wallet. Crypto payments are final on the blockchain and cannot be reversed or re-sent to the original wallet or any other wallet. If you paid with cryptocurrency, your refund will be issued as a YNA Parfums gift card for the full order value in CAD, once we have received and inspected the returned items. The gift card can be used on any future purchase and never expires.
Non-Returnable Items
All 10 mL bottles and discovery sets are final sale. Trial vials (2 mL), samples (2 mL), gift cards, and items marked as final sale are also not eligible for return or refund. This does not affect our Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders policy above.
