How to Pack Your Return

Follow these five steps and drop your package off within 14 days of approval.

  1. Keep it sealed.

    Leave your 50 mL bottle unopened in its gift box.

  2. Bag it.

    Place the gift box in the plastic zip-seal bag that came with your order.

  3. Protect it.

    Wrap the bag in bubble wrap and pack it in the original shipping box.

  4. Label it.

    Put the prepaid return label flat on the top. Add any required marking labels to the sides.

  5. Drop it off.

    Use the carrier shown on your label and ground service only. Keep your drop-off receipt.
